1. Product Description:
1. Tube forming:The pipe making machine adopts the principle of extrusion molding with molds. The steel plate is initially extruded through 13 sets of molds in the front section.Turn the original steel plate into a circular tube.
2.Welding: After the steel plate is made into a circular tube, it is extruded inside through two sets of welding molds, and the sides of the steel strip are squeezed together until perfect.The gap is welded through a 500A ultrasonic argon arc welding machine, which makes the steel strip join together to become a tube.
3.Determination of diameter:The welded pipe enters the diameter forming part of the back section, and the welded pipe is squeezed up, down, left and right through 8 sets of diameter forming molds.Make the diameter and roundness of the tube to the required size.
4.Tube straightening:Through the diameter of the shaped tube into a set of straightening frame.The straightness of pipe is adjusted by the straightening frame so that the straightness of pipe can reach the required range.
5.Cutting:The finished pipe is put into the cutter and cut according to the required length.
